Are Chemical Vitamins Really That Different?

Well…let’s take a look at that for a moment and see.

Wiki defines chemical as follows: “any material with a definite chemical composition”.

So, it’s clear that definite chemical composition is required.

But wouldn’t that mean that all vitamins are chemicals?

No…not those that are still in a whole food state and still bound in an organic matrix of real whole food not made by man but grown naturally in nature.  In order for any substance to have a ” definite chemical composition” it would first have to be isolated and refined. If it is then mixed, blended or processed with one or more other chemicals or at that point even with food,  it still can be quantified in its singularity as it is not the organic component of an organic matrix.

Even those that would claim that by heat and pressure they have somehow managed to make two into one are subject to the laws of science and are easily debunked. This is why Cubic Zirconia fakes do not command the price of real Diamonds.

Nothing man has ever developed has yet equaled let alone surpassed nature’s food growth process and I do not see anything in the near future that will attempt it.

So, only vitamins and nutritional substances derived from Real Food have any true merit in advancing health in the body. No chemical has even the slightest chance in competition.

Why you might ask?

The answer is really simple. Our bodies have had untold generations to adapt and learn to unlock the mysterious nutritional secrets of food. Chemicals have really only been around in great quantity for about 50 to 60 years. The fact of the matter is they are so foreign our bodies don’t even know what to do with them.

Anything the body does not see as beneficial it sees as harmful, nothing is inert.

You are either taking in real food nutrition or chemicals there is no middle ground.
