Eat like a Caveman:
This is to say that since most of our health challenges come from our diets and or lack of nutrients the easiest diet to follow by far is to eat like a Caveman.
It’s really simple: if you can’t pull it up out of the ground, pick it from a tree or bush, spear it out of the ocean or hunt it – DON’T EAT IT!
Yes this is an overly simplistic version of it but it should serve to get the point across even though the last two would not apply to Vegetarians.
By following this simple guide you will likely live longer, happier and healthier than anyone you know and will constantly be having to go find younger friends who can keep up with you.
