The Bad Breath Home Remedy and Sources

 

If you, a loved one, a friend or even a pet has bad breath it may be caused by body detox, stomach irritation, indigestion or tooth decay challenges. These are what you might call ‘the usual suspects’.

 

If you have ruled out tooth decay, the challenge may be helped by the following remedy:

 

This remedy really comes with two options as to what you would like to do. Both options work well. Option B works slower and more long-term and option A works within just a couple of minutes but is a little more short-lived.

 

Option A: Buy (organic is preferable) Parsley and eat 3 to 4 of the tiny stalks with the leaves attached about 10 to 15 minutes before you need to be around others. You may also eat 4 to 6 of the tiny stalks with leaves each day for a more lasting effect and then eat more before being around others.

 

Alternately you may grow your own Parsley; it’s really rather easy.  Below you will find 2 sources for the seeds; one is organic, the other is not. We show you the non-organic since it is slightly cheaper.

 

Option B: Buy Parsley seeds then grind them in a flax seed grinder that you can find at many health food stores and put them into capsules. You would grind them fresh each day make enough for one double 0 size capsule, fill the capsule and consume once per day.

 

Please note: Parsley seeds are not recommended for pregnant women and also people with known kidney or gallbladder problems should avoid large parsley consumption. As always, please seek the advice of a nutritionally educated healthcare practitioner before adjusting your diet.

The Things We Forget Sometimes

 

We all sometimes tend to forget and then need to be reminded of our iron clad basic health rules. We do need to keep these things foremost in our minds to ensure we are taking proper care of ourselves however.

 

Below I just thought I would give a refresher list of the ones that I feel are really the most important and that we need to keep in mind each day.

 

1.  The great 8. You need to get up to 8 hours of sleep every night. Now if you’re the type of person like I am, where 7 hours is what you need and you actually feel more tired if you get more sleep than that then okay. However the vast majority of people do need a full 8 hours each night.

 

Why is it so important to get your needed rest? Think of it like this…if you were tired yesterday and you didn’t get enough sleep to fully rest, recover and recharge, how are you supposed to have even more energy today than you did yesterday? No question, you need your sleep.

 

2.  Drink plenty of water. Please note that I did not say coffee, tea, soda, milk or other beverages, I said water. The rule of thumb is: if you’re thirsty you’re already dehydrated. Be sure to drink enough water throughout the day so that you never feel thirsty.

 

Why is this important? Because water cools our bodies, removes toxins and brings in the much needed nutrients.

 

3.  Eat real food: What is real food? Well, here is my rule of thumb: if you can’t pick it off of a tree or bush, pull it up out of the ground, spear or net it out of the ocean or chase it down and hunt it…DON’T EAT IT!!!

 

Yes, of course we live in a society where everything has to be convenient and everything seems to come out of a box but the closer you follow this rule the better you will feel. Overly processed foods such as sugar, white flour, TV dinners, fast food and all the other garbage people eat these days is a huge part of the reason we live in the sickest nation on earth.

 

Every time you get ready to eat ask yourself this question: if what I’m thinking about eating is not real food, what is it?

 

If you cannot answer 100% that you know exactly what every one of those chemicals does and all of its safety data then why on earth would you put that into your body or the bodies of your family?

 

I am quite sure you don’t have to check the list of chemicals on a bag of organic raw rolled oats or something similar.

 

4.  Supplement last: this is to say, do all of the above 1st then be sure to take real food supplements to get the nutrients that your diet is missing or that you want to use to improve your health. The meaning is eat well first, drink pure water first, get plenty of rest first, then supplement on top of that for the added benefits you know you need.

 

If you follow the above you will ensure that you and your loved ones are giving yourselves the best chance at long, happy, healthy lives. You are also helping to ensure that your quality of life will remain amongst the best in the world.

What’s the Best Source of Calcium in the World?

 

What’s the best source of calcium in the world?

The answer is the one your body can actually use and that doesn’t cause any damage!

While that answer may seem rather obvious it is not the industry norm.

Please go look at a few of those chewable antacid tablets that you see at the checkout counter at the supermarket. You know which ones I’m referring to. They claim to give you a good chunk of your daily calcium needs as well as quench your stomach acid. Please read the label as to what they really are. They are calcium carbonate.

Well, here is the Wikipedia description and it’s right on the money:

“Calcium carbonate is a chemical compound with the formula CaCO3. It is a common substance found in rocks in all parts of the world, and is the main component of shells of marine organisms, snails, pearls, and eggshells. Calcium carbonate is the active ingredient in agricultural lime, and is usually the principal cause of hard water. It is commonly used medicinally as a calcium supplement or as an antacid, but excessive consumption can be hazardous.”

If you notice it’s the common substance found in rocks. It’s also the main cause of all our hard water problems.

Did you also notice excessive consumption can be hazardous? Well, what exactly is that level of use? I can tell you it’s a lot lower than you think.

Why are we talking about calcium carbonate? Because it’s in most of the calcium products on the market.

NutriHarmony Calcium is not from those sources. Ours is the actual crystalline elemental extract of calcium from the lower leg bones of cattle from Australia.

It’s the real crystalline elemental from real bone. The reason we get it from Australia is there is very low lead in the soil. If there’s low lead in the soil there’s no excess lead in the cows. If the cows have no excess lead in their systems then we don’t have to use a solvent to get the lead out. This means there are no solvent residues in your product whatsoever.  We would never contaminate your product with Hexane (which is a commonly used solvent)! It’s a very nasty chemical.

Food Is the Only Nutritional.

 

I know this will fly in the face of all the chemical vitamin companies and I will likely hear about it but what else is new?

Let’s get right down to brass tacks. Nutritional supplements that are not directly from nature are of little or no value to you. They may in fact be harming your health rather than improving it.

I have a rule that I follow. Yes…I know another rule but this one works really well. It’s called the caveman rule: If you can’t pick it off a tree or a bush, spear it out of the ocean, pull it up out of the ground or chase it down and kill it – DON’T EAT IT!

Yes, I know it’s a simple rule but it’s effective.

This rule applies to your supplements as well. If it doesn’t come from a bush, tree, plant, animal, the sea, a creek, a lake or the earth don’t eat/use it.

The majority of what’s purported to be vitamins and nutritionals are nothing more than ground up rocks, petroleum by products and coal tar derivatives.  They do not come from food, they are not food and they should not be used by you as a food supplement.

Your supplements must be left in their most raw and unprocessed form to be effective. Man is not smarter than nature and cannot make a better mousetrap no matter what the magazine ad or television commercial said.

Did you know that one of the largest producers of film for cameras, packing tape and plastic films such as plastic food film/wrap uses their leftover petrochemicals from making these plastics to make vitamins?

And did you know that they are the 2nd largest vitamin manufacturer in the USA?

And did you know they are the supplier for nearly every vitamin company “brand” sold in the USA?

Yes, it’s true! Nearly all of the so called nutritional companies buy their raw materials from the same source. The only thing that makes these companies different from one and another is their marketing. Yes, their salesmanship to get you to part with your cash and their label is the only real difference for most of them.

Yes, they skew their position and tell you why their formula is better or their product X is better but they are nearly all the same. They use chemicals in their products and tell you it’s good for you.

Like I said, I know this will light up some folks who sell that stuff and I will likely get a little fewer Christmas cards but someone needs to lay it out on the line and tell you the truth.

If it’s not real food, it can’t give you real health!
